Lead QA Engineer/Test Automation Engineer (m/f/d)
Since 2015, endios has been offering innovative solutions for the smartphone customer interface. With currently over 80 customers, we are the leading provider in Germany for SmartCity and SmartEnergy apps. endios has further developed the app medium into a future-proof and innovative platform solution (endios one) and thus solves "the problem of the last mile" in the customer relationship. Depending on the requirements, modules are available to improve communication, reduce costs or increase product sales. As a data-capable and intelligent platform solution, endios one enables a personalised customer approach and thus targeted sales and marketing activities by connecting to CRM or marketing cloud systems. endios one is open as a platform for third parties and is funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy. Our international team has grown to 40 employees in the last few years, who work together with full passion every day in our office in Hamburg's old town or digitally from the home office.
Tasks
- You check the functionality and correct development of our apps on the basis of Jira tickets. In this way, you make a significant contribution to quality assurance and improvement.
- You identify and fix bugs, prioritise, track and solve problems.
- You are responsible for carrying out manual and automated testing of our native apps and for documenting the results.
- You implement methods and processes for test automation that enable a quick check of the quality of our apps.
- You contribute to the continuous improvement of our quality assurance process.
- You work closely with different teams consisting of international colleagues.
- You lead our QA-team of one full-time employee and two working students.
Requirements
- You have a degree in IT, have completed IT training or have comparable technical skills and experience.
- You have already gained several years of experience in the area of quality management/testing/IT.
- At best you have first management experience
- UI/UX testing, Selenium, test automation, iOS/Android testing and regression are terms that are familiar to you.
- You work in a structured and meticulous manner with high quality standards.
- You distinguish yourself through independence, the ability to find solutions and reliability.
- You have a business-fluent command of English.
